meal time



The grilled Lemon Chicken is quite easy!

You'll need:
2 Lemons
Salt
Pepper
1 Garlic clove
1 Kilo Chicken Breast
2 Red Bell Peppers
2 Green Bell Peppers


Marinate the chicken (cubed) in Lemon juice, Salt and Pepper to taste and peeled and crushed garlic.

Leave this together for as long as you want. If you want a really good flavor leave it to marinate overnight. And then put about 3-4 pieces on a barbecue stick, alternating with your cubed Bell Peppers. I like using both green and red for some color. Coat your stove top grill with olive oil and cook until it begins to brown.

Voila! A happy healthy meal.

bacon roses


I'd like to say this Valentine's Day was filled with flowers and candy. But it wasn't. At least not for me. And any candies I may have consumed I bought myself. But the day of love wasn't as dreary and lonely as I make it out to be. 

My 14 year old cousin got asked to prom! And I got to play dress up with her. 
This was my second time applying false eyelashes, but I think I did a pretty good job. 





Look at her shoes. They are perfection. This girl would have Nick Miller thinking it was his Jess.

Also, in return for doing her makeup I got bacon. My Valentine's day was sweet and maple cured.
